hi guys great site, ive just got a very nice 2000 leon cupra in a bronze/gold colour, never seen that colour on a seat befor but any way.

i want to get my car remaped to release some extra power as this is the slowest car ive had for a few years,
now i used to work for superchips a few years ago, and they are just round the corner from me in buckingham (hoping to get a good discount)

i just wanted to know if getting superchips to the work for me or maybe some one better that you people would recomend ???

Revo, Jabba, Custom Code, APR, p-torque, Bell to name but a few. There's literally hundreds of pages of info and discussion on this topic if you do a search. In fact, after whoosy dump valves it's probably the most discussed topic on this forum. And don't ever ask about whoosy dump valves.

Welcome, by the way. :)

the very fact that you used to work for them and are asking that question speaks volumes to me, it implies that you have doubts about the product!

im not remapped so wouldnt like to comment but as far as i can tell most people are very happy with remaps from any of the companies previously mentioned.

I agree with the earlier post, stick with the VAG specialists on this

In terms of problems, any remap can highlight existing problems. My N75 broke straight away (or was already broken but the remap brought out the worst in it).

Generally people don't have that many issues. After the initial problem I've run for almost 50k without missing a beat

Hey guys, need some help badly. Cant decide what remap I want.

Dont want REVO as I want something different, so torn between P-Torque and APR, any suggestions/recommendations????

lol @ high jack!

avoid superchips, bunch of monkeys IMO - and yes thats from actual experience and not hear say of the product

I would go with the main tuners that have been recommended on the site, so do a search fella

as for me, my personal preference is Jabba sport due to a previous map I had on my ibiza and was truly awesome;)

How about MTM? According to some website I came across MTM is to Audi like AMG is to MB and Alpina is to BMW.

Is this true or a crock of s**t??

Got an email from MTM dealer saying that for my FR 2.0T FSI he would be able to give me 245bhp and 355Nm of Torque.

The torque is a lot more than the other gains I have seen from the other tuning specialists, can this be right? The others quote around 280-300.
