green panel filter and pd 160 intake

Which is the is the best panel filter for FR ibiza?

Should it be "dry" or "oiled"? Is green filter oiled? How about BMC?

most people go for the green cotton filters

i was told by Badger5 that the green cotton filters are green due to the colour of the oil...and they won't feel oily on your fingers as they're lightly oiled.

right i have a baby 100pd... what (if any) problems could i encounter if i put the 160 intake on or would it be wise to upgrade to the 130?
i am hoping to go see jbs in a couple of months for a stage one also, now is it worth waiting and getting the 160 intake?? but is it going to give me warning light problems??

Just wondering altho its slightly off course, ive got a 1.2, do i go panel filter or induction kit? ive been looking at k&N and the cheapest induction kits ive found has been £75 can i get it cheaper or is this reasonable ???
(just asking because you guys seem to know everything and i... dont)

Just lookign to do this upgrade for a mate of mine.

The Adapter is (from Seat Wolverhampton) £14.60 + vat

The pipe £54.93 + vat

i have remembered to day what a pain it is to fit the cupra intake there is no room lol after fitting something which needed air box removing,
if you are thinking of sommothing it and putting cupra intake on do it in one go lol its alot less hassle.

hav you got any pics of the air box smoothered?

i was reading on skoda forum (i think) heard ppl had problem after installed pd160 intake, the coolant pipe is damaged or something

Simple Tuning

Hi I've got an 06 plate ibiza FR tdi. I've read about swapping the air inlet tube and fitting a panel filter. Is this easy and worthwile? An does anyone know where you can get front top strut brace or does the cupra one fit?? Ta

real easy, its all direct replacement stuff, and check the for sale section for the bits

Got my pd160 today!...takes 5-10 mins to fit it...simple replacement as said above.
