It helps if you have a vice to hold the pump.
You also need a deep 18mm socket which I didnt have. Had to improvise with a normal socket and pipe wrench around it.
Its a doddle if you have the right tools.
Removing the pump can be quite tricky if your fuel pump has the banjo fitting instead of the hose.
Take your time, keep everything clean and just follow the instructions.:)

I was hoping for more response on this one, if it's that easy why do we all spend £700 on the APR? I did mine for peace of mind................

i guess thats why there hasnt been too much of a response. its a delicate piece of equipment and at least you get a warranty (of sorts) when someone else does the job for you.
all you have to do is knick a seal ever so slightly, un-noticeably so, and you end up with fuel in your oil.....

Because APR test all of there pumps on there speical pump testing machine... :)
