How accurate are these compared to the VAG COM?

Might order one for the future :D

Very tbh mate, it just doesn't go into as much depth as VAGCOM does :)

A must buy to keep in the car haha

Bsaicly VCDS or VAG COM is a more indepth piece of equipment used for measurements, adaption and programming, almost equivalent of the main dealer equipment.

If you decat the car...can you use this to clear the code that comes up?

Or do you have to get it mapped out?

I bought one the other month quite a handy piece of kit! used it on the car that I went to purchase cos it had engine light on :)
(due to decat) but had to check!

Pretty good for the price tbh :)

I'm sure the code would clear? My n249 and abs codes cleared :)

If so...im 110% getting it as the only reason for my not getting a de-cat is if it brings up a fault code / runs ****. There no1 in my area witha Vag Com and the closest mapping station is over 1 and half hours away.

It will clear the code but it will keep coming back again

Only way to do away with it is to haveit mapped out!

Cool little gadget you got there :)
