Rear wiper broken!

Probably a stupid newbie question but can anyone tell me where the fuse is for the rear wiper? The owners manual doesn't seem to say! I want to see if it's this before I take it all apart.

Nope, front wipers are F46.

Yeah just checked.. Fuse is fine.

At the moment the wiper arm is sat on the opposite side to other mk4s i've seen. Reckon that could mean the motor's bust??

i'd say there's definitly a problem, main one is that you have a wiper

Hah the wiper's staying! The rear windscreen seems to get shitted up in no time. Looking forward to getting it working!

Hi i have the same problem as this, no power to rear wiper and its parked at a funny angle at the wrong side of the window, fuse is fine. You find a solution?

when mine did this it was boot not shut properly
hope this helps(boot did look shut )

Yep. It was a faulty/broken motor. Picked one up off eBay for 30quid and now I have vision out the back window again!

I understand this maybe a stupid question but forgive this newbie - But are you saying that there is some sort of microswitch that checks the boot is closed before the rear wash/wipe will operate ??
