the Walbro 255's are small as in physically small you would need to make a custom sleave for it to sit in the fuel pump housing and its got a strange pick up compared to standard.

Is your s3 one failing or just not givng enough?

if its just not giving enough buy an in-line pump and plumb it in where your fuel filter is and mover the filter to the engine bay.

from recent reviews i would advise the bosch044 pump as well over the walbro.

Yeah I fitted the walbro 255 into original housing last night, as ginge said they are tiny compared to the original pump.
But I broke my s3 being a rough b###ard removing it, so in the end cut both ends iff and put the walbro inside the casing.

£70+vat for a drop in Sytec pump which is rated for 630cc injectors flat out at 5bar pressure.. is what I use as drop ins on ibiza's now.
