2010 Ibiza Electrical Window Motor Part Number

Hi,

I own a Seat Ibiza 2010, 1.2, 3 doors (6J1). The window at driver's side stopped working and I was told by a mechanic that electrical motor needs to be replaced. Dealer wants 200€ so I thought I would buy one from ebay where those are much cheaper.

The problem is I don't know the part number of electrical motor for my car. I've done some research and closest thing I was able to find a number of parts on partsbase.org (can't post the link). The problem is there are so many part numbers, so how on earth am I supposed to know which one will fit the driver's side of my car? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you! :)

When I look on partsbase.org, for that model and year, it only shows the following numbers:
6L1959801 window regulator motor; driver door; rhd (where only front windows are electric)
6L1959801A window regulator motor; driver door; rhd (where front+rear windows are electric)

So, being a 3dr, Id guess yours is the 1st one. What other numbers did you see?

Thanks for the reply. I found it at:

PartsBase
SEAT
EUROPE
IBIZA/ST [IB]
2010 [6J-9-000 001 >>]
ELECTRICS
95920. WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR

The difference between your and my search is in

2010 [6J-9-000 001 >> (mine)

vs.

2010 [6L-9-000 001 >> (yours)

I thought my model was 6J1, hence I assumed the 6J-9-.... part. Any clues on that?

D'oh. Yep, didn't do my research on Ibiza models. the Mk5 is 6J, So that shows:
6R0959802A and 6R0959802N

The 'A' part shows applying from 2009 to 2011 and the 'N' part from 2009-2013
so it could be that the the 'N' part has superseded the 'A' ?

It could be. Do you think they are the same?

Just to be sure I went ahead and took the door apart by myself (a pain in the ass). Here are the pictures of the motor (remove the space of url after h):

PHP:

h ttp://couponhostgator.info/images/image2.jpg

So there isn't A or N at the end of the part number.
