Looks like a lot of work, but isn't all that bad. Front ARB will be the most time consuming (dropping subframe).

Got all done apart from the front arb. That will have to wait for another day off. All in all very happy with today's work.

Have found a slight blow on mid section exhaust where the two parts meet.

Will need brakes up front in a couple thousand miles too.

Now to update my RR thread!

Stage 2 mk1 LCR 291bhp AmD tuned.

Today mine spent all day in a garage trying to bankrupt me. On the plus side its now serviced with new cambelt and water pump. New stat. Exhaust hanger welded back on. Just the clutch to replace and then its getting remapped.

I have prepared mine for a good vacuuming during my lunch break with company industrial vacuum.

Put a second coat of laquer on my refurbed gear knob and put it back in the car. Looks soooo much better.

Also sourced a cat-back resonated Milltek exhaust from fleabay for a bargain.

Yep, it's going going to get a waxing and buffing tonight lol.

Tried enamel paint to begin with (Hummel / Airfix) and that was crap - kept flaking off pretty much instantly. Ended up taking the whole thing apart, giving it 3 coats of black enamel spray paint, then two thick coats of laquer I had lying around from a paint chip removal kit.

Lovely shiny black knob!
