Just a quick post praising Pro Sport. Not sure of peoples past experiences but thought id share mine.
So I bought these coilovers second hand about 3-4 months ago and theyve been sat there since, awaiting me to start work on my car. When i eventually started work, i actually found id not really inspected them properly and one of the struts was nay good. The shock piston was loose as, wobbling all over the place and grinded when it was turned. Gutted, my fault for not checking though. Also both adjuster cups on both struts were seized solid.

I emailed Pro-Sport and explained, bought second hand, dont know how old they are etc but I have these problems. They said to send them the struts and theyd inspect them and email back with a report. So I thought yeah sure theyre gonna tell me I need 2 new struts or something.
They received the struts and emailed pretty quick saying they agree one strut needs repairing which they would happily repair for free, they will also rebuild and service the other side so both struts are like new. They couldn't free the adjusters so cut them off for me, repaired any threads damaged in the process and fitted new adjusters as well as rubber boots on the shocks.
They have charged me for return postage, new adjusters and the rubber boots, all in all, £30. Didnt charge me for rebuilding both of the shocks. Throughout, they were emailing me, asking what I wanted to do, said they could send the shocks back and leave the adjusters if I wanted etc.
Very helpful, responsive, much cheaper than expected also.
Will report back when they arrive back with me on Tuesday

That's excellent. Good to give praise where it's due. Good customer service is better than any advert.

Definitely. Seen a lot online, people saying theyre rubbish etc but with customer service like that, cant complain at all.
Theyll do me for now even if they are a bit hard or whatever, im spending enough money elsewhere on the car haha in the future I may save for some BC racing coilovers or something.

But just thought I'd share with everyone, if you have problems with your Pro-Sports, dont just bin them. Get in touch with them!

That's great to hear as I've just bought some 2nd hand ones too. Albeit they've not arrived yet, the guy claims to have only done 800miles on them so fingers crossed i don't need to send them off but its very reassuring knowing they are so easy to deal with :coolthumb
