Sat nav problems

Hi guys. I have a 18 plate Toledo 1.0 xcellence. I’m have issues with the sat nav. Got the sd card from the dealer. Arnold Clark. Put the sd card in the slot.and on the sat nav screen it says navigation datebase not available. Any ideas. Thanks.

Is the card in slot SD1?
Have you tried rebooting the unit by pressing the left hand knob in until the Seat logo displays?

I would take it to AC and get them to do it. Works in either slot as it happens. My dealer put it in the wrong slot on pdi but it's ok.

Hi took it to AC they could not sort it

It’s sorted at last. It was the wrong sd card

Hooray. Are they paired to the HU? I know the update cards can only be used in one HU.
