I'm thinking of upgrading/changing the alloys on my FR. But preferably want to stay with 18" Seat alloys if I can...

I wanna see what you've all got! Whether it be manufacturer standard, other Seat variants or aftermarket! :D

(also, don't be afraid to add any recommendations)

I do like these a lot but it doesn't say what the ET dimension is, at least I can't see it.

BBS make good quality wheels and I really like the SR’s in Himalaya Grey. There’s also a diamond cut version which I don’t like because as of the more fragile finish on diamond cut wheels.

The 18” version with the Leon’s bolt pattern (PCD 5x112) is an 8J wheel with an offset of ET35. Centre bore is 82 (factory wheels have a centre bore of 57.1), so they’d need spigot rings to ensure a good fit on the hub - spigot rings should be supplied as part of the fitting kit, along with the correct bolt type.

BBS also produce a 17” version of the SR with a bolt pattern of PCD 5x112 (centre bore 82), which would fit the Leon. It’s a 7.5J wheel so not quite as wide as the 18” version. The 17” version also has an offset of ET35;

ET35 is quite an aggressive offset compared to the factory wheels (depending on wheel, the offset of the Seat OEM factory wheels is usually in the range ET49-51), so worth comparing the change in wheel ‘tuck’ and ‘poke’ by using a calculator like the one on the ‘Will They Fit’ website;
