Fairly easy to fit then?

If you can get the front end off the ground - Yes. On the splitter there are 22 holes already drilled into it. If you hold the splitter up to the car you will see 4 of these line up with self tapping screws already in place. Remove these and then offer up the splitter and reinsert the 4 you took out. You now have 18 holes to drill into the car body through the holes in the splitter. Add the remaining self tappers and bingo.

Yeah I’ll second what Maypack has said about installing the front splitter, took about half hour in total, so easy.... however if you invest in the Rieger rear diffuser then that my friend will take a good couple of hours, but the finished product looks the mutts nutts

The cat back system I got come from a German exhaust company called Friedrich Motorsport specifically designed for the St300 4Drive, they have plenty of clips on utube....the tips came chrome but it wasn’t my thing so I sprayed them black.

which option did you go for? Finding the website very confusing lol and also I thought a catback would fail the mot? Useless with exhaust knowledge

Won't fail mot as its from the cat back, so the cat will still be in place

Ahh I see, how do I know if I want one of those or a non res or resonated one though is the problem I have had a resonator delete with my current exhaust so I’m assuming that it essentially a non resonated setup I have but I still find it a bit tame

Had the oil light pop up on the way in this morning. Still got a bit left, but I'll have to buy a 1l top up till the service in 2000 miles

Is there any drone with a res delete. I may be tempted for a trip to vag Manchester if drone isnt too intrusive and the misses won't notice. I can hear her now, "how much for a metal pipe!?!?"
There's always an element of drone, but on mine, I really cant hear it when crusing. Only when accelerating rather hardly. When sat at 70mph, I really can't tell I have res delete - it's hard to explain. And it took a few days to become less raspy and more natural sounding.

I don't want to speak for Damo but I think he was shocked at first but it's slowly growing on him.

Are you coming to the meet tomorrow?

Mines a Golf R exhaust on the Carbon so not a fair comparison. It’s definetly got 100% better since it’s had a few heat cycles. Weird for just a pipe..:
