Based on what i see on the OBD11 Forums and my personal experience with the Leon the needle sweep can be hit and miss and certainly if you turn ignition off and straight back on it normally does not work.

I dont know but again from what i have seen the Digital dash does not have and cant have coded needle sweep on this software version.

Drom what I am seeng it only works occasionally. I've tried it getting into the car for the first time as well as taking the key out and back in again and still only does it ocasionally.

Can confirm for me it works 80% of the time.
Reversing mirror dip doesn’t work at all even when set to “L”
I’ve got the park pilot working well.

I got the beta version from an email to carista and there’s a lot more nice options, most of which for me have worked :)

Hello there!

I have the OBD11 but when I connect it to my Arona the control unit does not show up.

Any ideas?

Question to all you guys.

In the new platform, MQB seat cars ECU also bring the now famous TD1 flag.

This is a flag in the software that signals if something was changed in the ECU. Since coding is basically changing ECU parameters, do you guys know if using VCDS, Carista or ODB11 will trigger this flag, and consequently make us loose warrenty?

Might sound obvious, but is it showing the correct trim that yours is?
What do you mean by "correct trim"?
The coding worked with other adaptations.
I just can't find the specific control unit 76 to enable the park pilot.
But I have aftermarket rear sensors, so I guess this is the reason why...

If you’ve already used carista the damage will be done so no point worrying just prayer nothing happens! That’s what I’m doing. But saying that if the gearbox fails an audible beep coding isn’t going to cause that

I have activated mirror dip in reverse with vcds. You can activate it in the car menu now, but it don't work. The mirror go down a very little but don't return in his original position. Useless.
On some cars with dsg it Works. But not all.. On manual it dont work. Code many ibiza 6F here with a lot op option. Last week 2 ibiza's both no mirror dip working.
Also using vcds with hex v2 unlimited licence.
Some options what is posible:
- needle sweep
- volume to replenishd
- blower status in auto mode
- folding mirrors with locking
- horn locking & unlocking comfirmation
- horn locking & unlocking comfirmation in car menu
- drl option in car menu
- fog lights on with reverse
- corner lights
- comfort closing Windows option in car menu
- carbon skin media system
- expanded diff lock from medium to strong
- off road menu
- driving school function
- laptimer
- Ignition warning off
- seatbelt warning off
