Hope I do not sound too thick but would be grateful if some one can advise what the MY15 etc means. I have a 2014 Mk3 Seat Leon 5f 1.4TSi SE, does the MY apply to my car?
MY stands for model year. Specifications, colours, etc. are often updated on an annual basis, usually around Sept/Oct so cars built within a calendar year can vary in specification. Most cars built in 2014 will obviously be MY14 but those built at the end of the year will be MY15.

I always thought it was around week 22 or so, which would make it June or thereabouts?
I was actually going to ask on a new thread has anyone heard anything about MY20 changes to the Ateca.
There were lots of MY2016 Leon FR pre-reg (68) about but I bought this new and its MY2018 I think was the revision? The 2016 didn't include front sensors and I paid less than some pre-reg models!!

There is a free VIN decoder on the internet but I wouldn't trust it. My car was accurately described and its a MY2019 version however further click revealed its a 1.2 engine which is incorrect unless I've been short changed.
Different SEAT dealer (not the supplying dealer) confirmed the correct vehicle details from SEAT's system when they got something for me.
