By way of a follow up on the Megs Ceramic wax, I washed the Leon again and applied another coat, this time I did it slightly differently as the instructions say its a rinse off product. This time a coated the car, wiped it down with my first drying towel, then I rinsed the car again and used my second drying towel to dry it again. This time when I dried it there was much less waxy type finish to it and the coating seemed much more consistent.

I think as a top up protection its good and on the van its still looking good. I will likely continue to use it.

Love it! Might get round to mine Sunday, the wheels are black. You ever used Polar Seal? You apparently pressure wash it on, I was thinking of giving it a try.

Not something that I have ever used, seems easy enough to apply though and reviews are generally positive. As a topup to your 47 other layers of wax as part of a maintenance wash it will probably work quite well! ;)

:roflmao:. Gotta get a coat of Fusso on first. I want that car where rain doesn't bead, it just slides off. But nothing seems to do that.

Bought another couple of items yesterday in preparation for the arrival of the Ateca,
Bottle of Bilt Hamber cleanser fluid,
bottle of Carpro Dlux, ( I used this on the wheels and plastics of a previous car and loved how it worked, Though I may just use this one on the plastics of the Ateca and use KKD Revolve X on the wheels / Thoughts?? )
Bought a selection on Meguiars empty spray bottles for APC/Window cleaner/Wheel cleaner/And a spare one.

You know you have a problem when everyone is saying "awwwww". And your standing there thinking... hmmm, I wonder if you'd fit in the Fusso tub!?

I'm pretty sure a swirl doesn't count as a scratch to them so I'm good thanks lol

Finally got my obsession wax, 8 weeks after ordering. A jar of luminous (pure show wax) and a jar of evolution v2... Hopefully I'll get to applying them both on Friday.

Thinking of doing a half and half comparison of them.

I assume it's all made on batches, just wasn't any left and they wait for a few orders before making something up

Ace, I must have had the leftover old stuff from the last batch. LOL. At least you know it's fresh.
