I have a mk3 ibiza cupra t and wanting to get it revo'd, if i was to get an ecu off another ibiza exactly the same as mine (same ecu no's etc) that has the revo upgrade would it be a straight swap and would it work ok? or are there other things to consider?

would have thought a swap would have been fine on a stage 1 revo, stage 2 you would require hardware modifications to take full advantage of the software

4bar FPR, full system exhaust including race cat and DP, decent filtration, also FMIC and TIP would be ideal but not necessary

the list could be endless, depends how far you want to go

stage 1 can go on a standard car mate, its stage 2 you need the extra hardware for

stage 1 you will be seeing approx 195bhp, maybe more

buy it then, it will still work, just not as well as with the hardware to compliment it, if you bought the hardware at a later date then happy days, when you fit the harware all will be good

So what would you expect a standard engine on REVO STAGE
2 to be running???

so it would suffer from detination etc if everything wasnt there to compliment the map? ie no exhaust, filter, no decat/sports cat etc. ?

it would suffer alot yes, better going with stage 1, buying your bits and bobs, fitting them and upgrading to stage 2
