Well, I'm in a right mess now. I've had my car serviced by both Listers in Coventry and Colliers in Bham, and I've had good and bad experiences with both, so for my last lot of work (not a service) I decided to try a recommended independent called JustVWaudi in Bulkington near Nuneaton. As I was on holiday for a week I left the car with them to give them plenty of time to do all the work (new mirror, wheel bearing, vibration at 2k rpm and handling fault). After chasing several times to get the car back, they eventually delivered it having only completed the mirror. All the other faults they told me "no fault found". It's quite obvious they didn't look at it until right at the end of the week, and it's also quite obvious that they haven't spend any time on it, otherwise they would have investigated the faults instead of fobbing me off.
So where do I go now to get this stuff sorted out? I've been recommended a VW independent on the Stratford Rd in Bham but I can't find anything on the net...
