why have you got timing pull and by how much would be my question?

bu tlbuntly, without knowing why its happening, disconnecting the MAF wont affect it (unless the MAF is dead anyway)

disconnecting the maf will only make the ecu run a pre-set fueling map. but if your getting timing pull you need to either lower boost, timing, intake temps or run higher octane petrol

car only runs right with maf disconnected, replaced maf twice,n75,checked both sensors in exhaust, sensor in just after the throttle(was coated up abit)

car is boosting looking at the boost gauge small amount less than norm but no performance. car has been like it since i got it.:censored:

think il have to check plugs next and try old dump valve then find someone near chichester/portsmouth with vag-com
