I did a search a while ago and found a thread which was really help and ive saved it to my favourites but for some reason my IE crashes when i open it and cant find it in the search...

Im after a goodish FMIC for my mk3 cupra 1.8 20vt i did read you can get a Renualt diesel one but which one and were can i get the alloy bends from and silicon hoses il only be running stage 1 APR..

Some help would be appreacited..
