Hi Mate,

Had a look at your logs and everything checks out for a stock 180bhp Octy.

MAF's good. 140x1.31 equates to 183bhp
Boost follows well. Builds and sustains 9psi.
There doesn't seem to be any major leaks according to block 032.
The intakes are low as expected on low boost.
Fuel trims look fine across the board.

Block 020 does look odd.

I would suggest putting in a full tank of optiplop and resetting the ecu.

Redo block 020 and post back.

Hope this helps put your mates mind at rest.

what grade fuel you running? way too much pull for stock.

he using standard 95 fuel, his standard, god knows what will show if the car was remapped. He getting the same amount of timming pull as me :-o

Plus he getting very rough idling on cold starts but settle down when temps are normal. accroding to logs for the maf, boost are fine, does this only leave the temp sensor?

It may be worth trying the MAF. I had to look at some logs lately and couldn't for the life of me find a problem and it turned out to be a dud MAF. Even with strong readings from it.

It could be mate. Its worth trying Bills advice.

I agree with TB Cupra T that the logs look ok, but I have learned that this can still be the case with a dodgy MAF. It would be my first check to be honest.
