I fitted these new headlamps today (pics to follow), quite straightforward really, swapping the electric motors over is a doddle, just twist them and they pop out! I wired up the LED's to the sidelight circuit ... quick test after I finished and everything is working. I may remove the sidelight bulbs so just the halos are illuminated, will take some pics tonight once it's dark.

You remove these to fit the motors:

Motor in place:

I've fitted OSRAM H1 Nightbreaker bulbs just now until the HID kit arrives, I don't foresee any problems fitting the HID's or the headlamp washers either.

Got more work to do on the front bumper before it all goes back together, but should be no more than a week or so for finished pics. ;)

Not really new or exciting, I'm opening up the centre aperture, getting rid of the number plate holder and cutting the crash bar to get maximum airflow to the intercooler and make the front end look alot more aggressive. I'm using box section stainless steel in the centre of the crash bar, welded into place. The end result should be a much bigger aperture and all you'll see is intercooler.
