When to use sealant

Hi

I bought some poorboys sealant, do you use it before or after waxing?

I would assume after waxing as its a sealant but I stand to be corrected?

I have a bottle of SMART Sealant here and it says apply after the wax?

i used to think after, as it's a "Seal", but it's before!
