First MOT tomorrow :(

Well................keep your fingers crossed, the LCR is going into the garage to get the new discs and pads fitted and to get its first MOT tomorrow.........i'm just praying that it passes with no problems!

I had a new windscreen this morning, as it had a chip in the 'A' zone which is an instant failure, so I hope there is nothing else.

Has anyone had any issues with the first MOT? The car has done 35k miles, so apart from the brakes I'm not sure what else can go wrong within the first 3 years.

Dont sweat it I had my 1st MOT a few months back, no probs what-so-ever

Mine had it's first MOT last week at 29k miles.
It passed with no problems, even with a 100 cell cat and german font metal pressed number plates .
I wouldn't worry.

Well it passed!! That was without them replacing the brakes. It needed an exhaust mounting welded, but apart from that, there was no problems.

Centre box mount?

My Cupra failed the other day on a binding rear calliper and broken centre box exhaust mount. Welded up the exhaust and stripped the rear callipers down, cleaned them up and replaced the disks and pads and passed
