yeah I have one - cant say it made a significant difference but every little helps as they say - my rollcage made a huge difference.

Thats a bit to far a bit to soon for me. Only had the car just over a year. So cage is a bit far on for the time being.

Arent they only £16 odd??

I'll be interested to see if your lower strut brace fits if its a 16v. Been told you cant get them for it

My car it's a 16v... And the lower strut brace fits good...

It has also a fast declivity as it gives to see in the photo, not to touch in the box of speeds…

I hope I didnt miss anything, so I would like to place a few questions:

1)is it ok to have an ARB for allday car?
2)do I need rear ARB aswell(is it better to have em both)?
3)whats will be different after changed ARB?
4)will be ok with my H&R StreetStyle suspension?(http://www.h-r.com/images/streetstyle_en.jpg)
5)any1 have a picture of fited rear ARB?

Im reading about it all the time and I am quiete interested

as you guys expected I found answers for almost all my question by myself BUT... there is one more question what i would like to know!
Do I need realy sport suspension for ARB(NEUSPEED)... because of my H&R StreetStyle :-(
H&R StreetStyle is a bit softer then, for example KW var.1,2,3 or suspen. like these(I mean... hard stuff)
