Backlight on interior light switches

Hi All,
On the interior light buttons/switches in the roof at the front and rear (above rear seat area), should the buttons be backlit ? When the car is running and its dark, I cant see which button does what when I want to turn on the interior lights - I dont know if a bulb has blown the makes the switches glow orange or if there just dont have backlighting ?

can anyone confirm if the interior lighting buttons/switches should be backlit ?

thanks,
Nick

Mine arent backlight, and I dont think they're meant to be - they could prove to be distracting I suppose, especially the rear light panel.

They aren't lit in mine or any leon ive been in.

I noticed they are in the s3 and think its a touch that gives that bit of quality, a nice touch.
Soething simple i wish i had like...

I mentioned that they are on Audi's simply because the parts may be interchangeable - if this was something you really wanted...
