hi i have 56 plate ibiza sport, how do u remove the standard ibiza aerial? i unscrew it to a point where it doesnt completly remove its just very loose?

Give it a hard sharp tug with one hand, and the other hand supporting the roof so it doesn't damage it. There is an O ring keeping it in place after you clear the threaded part.

Give it a good yank and it will pop off (its an anti theft measure)

haha i had this problem, just unscrew it and tug it off, grind your teeth and go arrrrghhh when you do it, thats what i did!

make sure you have a good pirate face on! lmao

yeah that rubber is probably making it hard to remove in this cold weather, you might want to blast some hot air in there to soften it up.

i was worried about givin it a good yank! but i twitsed it from side to side wit a huge angry face an it just popped out cheers for replies!
