Am looking at trying to fit the 8J rear teledialas on my Ibiza, but am unsure of how I will do this.
When I trial fitted them with 20mm adapters I ended up with an offset of et3 (et23 wheel +20mm adapter).
Here are the pictures

Ways I am thinking of getting them fitted is
1 Camber shims to tuck them under the arches
2 Rolling the arches combined with a bit of camber to get them on
3 Re-drilling my rear hubs to porsche fitment so I end up with et 23 offset (problem solved)

What I want to know is, is it possible for me to have my rear hubs re-drilled and run the wheels that way. And will I need to get myself a second set up to run with the teledials and a set to run 4 x 100 standard fitment wheels?

What's the bolt pattern for the Porsche wheels mate?

If they can't be re-drilled, I'm wondering if you could have another pair machined from solid?

5 x 130 - think there should be enough room on the hubs, as the adapters I have fit both sets of holes on them!!

Do you know what the hub set up is like on the back of the GTi? I've never looked

Ollie, its a shame i didnt know you were gonna try this the other day, i was down Upton picking the bones of whats left of a mk2, the back wheels were still intact, (could possibly have gotten the hubs off of that to play about with ?)

dunno if the guy still has it, as its only half a car.... Ive still got his mobile number if you want it?

Yeah dude, that'd be good!
Just want to get them on, and be easy to live with!
Thinking that camber would look awesome, but eating tyres not so much - and then there is a matter of insurance!

It isn't really a hub as such...it's a stub axle that the disc and bearings slide onto held on by a nut and split pin then the wheel bolts onto the disc if that makes sense?

Maybe you could buy new blank rear discs then drill them to suit? I know you can buy blank front discs but unsure of rears!

Or you could weld up some 4stud discs and redrill them or try drilling them around the existing holes like you said...wouldnt recommend the last one incase the new holes were too close to the existing and ripped the wheel bolt into the original hole under load? Might not be that bad though if its on the rear?

Up to you though really :D

Hope this helps, Dan!
