Hi all,

Just about to drop some ££ on a new suspension setup, gone for the koni fsd dampers and eibach pro kit springs.

My car is a MY08 leon FR TFSI

Firstly just to confirm the eibach springs i need are part number E10-81-009-05-22?

Secondly which koni's do I need the ones for "Original struts ø50 mm only" or "Original struts ø55 mm only"?

Sorry if this is elementary, first time I've ever modded a car ;)

What Dan said. You can check with your Dealer as well if you phone them up with your VIN and ask for the part number of the front shockers, 1T0 number is 55mm and 1K0 number is 50mm.
Alex

Ideal thanks alx! Will do that in the morning.

I would suggest sportlines rather than pro kit mate.

I've been advised that as the fsd's were designed for stock suspension it would be best not to lower it too much, hence pro kit.

Thoughts?

(Do i phone dealer I bought car from or seat customer care?)

If your intention is to alter the ride height as well as improve handling, that combination wont change the ride height much.

No it won't change it much, I'd like to lower it some, but I would rather have better handling and not ruin the shocks instead of lower car with ruined shocks in 12 months time!
