I'm using gaskets for mine. No blowing so far. Clocking, I just ground down the pin. It won't move on a road car. There's no sealant between the CHRA and turbine housing. Check to see how the actuator mounts. It may bolt back to the compressor housing or you may have to weld a boss for it. Take it apart and spin the housings round to see.

Thanks Mate..

I ended Up getting ryan D mate to clock it as it was easyer...

Few more parts arrived today so once there all here il get some Piccys up

Got a Question thought When fitting the AFR Wideband sensor can it go in either of the Post or Pre cat lambda Ports?

When its gettin mapped il ask them to map out the Post cat sensor as il be running a de-cat.. As for the AFR setup i went for the Innovate Wideband Gauge, LC-1 Kit as at the moment there really at a good price..But will invest in a EGT once ive got it running...

what would be a decent set of spark plugs to use or dosn't it really matter? IK22 Or NGk ones?

thanks

the zeitronix afr probe has to go 16" from the turbo and must sit between 10-2 o'clock

cant imagine yours being much different. any nearer to the turbo and its too hot, and im guessing that any further is too far for an acurate reading!?!?

im also lead to believe the 10-2 o'clock thing is so water doesnt puddle on the probe.

ik22's seem to be popular, i ran them

Inovate needs calibration which I am sure you will (a) get bored of doing or (b) never do

Certainly not one I would choose no matter its price

Thanks hooch cleared a Few things up that did im gonna stick with my ik22 so ordered a new set.

I Heard nothing but good reviews about it bill....Hence me going for it

I recieved my walbro Inline fuel pump today but not too sure on the fitting they've supplied...

1st Pic is the fitting with a hole straight through it for the fuel to come in...

But on the other side the fitting they've supplied has only 5 small hole in it but no hole in the end? If i remeber rightly isnt this fixing gonna restrict the fuel if any with the hose clammed on...Plus its a thread fixing too...

i belive the fittings supplied are for push on flexy pipe on one end, banjo hose on the other

Yeah i had a rought idea shame really as i had to spend more on some new ones...So went for the AN fittings with Braided line setup instead...

Current mounting it in the engine bay as we speak hidden away with the Metal Bracket..Im going to run a new Ignition Feed and fuel relay feed just need to find them on the car...

before you decide on anything else, find your mapper.

Not all have the skills, software to do what you want.

Not all those that do, will support DIY installs from various sources.

Im not fussed about the cost as i knew that when i started...

Seems wilko on his ihi made 343g/s with revo stage 3....So it does produce the power.

Im not saying your fussed about costs, you put exclamation marks to emphasis the money you've spent lol

Im not doubting that Revo won't produce power, i personally would just have a custom map if it was my car, as i would prefer the extra money spent on it after spending so much already on the turbo, engine and the extras, but thats just me. Its your car so obviously your choice, but i do think though that you do need to decide properly which way you wanna go with it in terms of having Revo or going custom and then which mapper you trust to do it, after all its a crucial part to the whole process

343g/s is very excessive :-o
