mot failer help

hi guys please need help my car failed on emissions it failed on the lambda on fast idle test, i got 1.094 and 1.053 could any one help pic of paper work to follow cheers dan

Why don't you change the sensor...

Probably solutions, in order:

there may be a hole in the exhaust downpipe or manifold air leak?
the Lambda sensor may be faulty,
the mixture may be too weak due to an issue with another sensor

yea i sending it to se autoworks tomo hope its just a sensor

update its not the lambda sensor, they say it may be running too lean any ideas guys?

RichN its the last solutions. do you think its cos i took the carbon canister out??

i'd of thought most likely things would be pre-cat lambda or MAF sensor.

yea i got told they tested the sensors and i have had another maf on my car due to the old old dying
