It's being discussed on here as well. I posted a link a few posts up.

My 1.4 has standard exhaust but the Cupra I'm picking up tomorrow has a Miltek twin pipe. Rattles like mad though, especially when you lift off the throttle.

I had a rattle problem on my Blue Flame syste, found that there was zero play in the exhaust system so it bashed against the bottom of the car a lot, take out the middle hanger IIRC one 13mm bolt, gave it just enough play to not bash...

The entire exhaust is custom made on mine, using...i think... a Cobra backbox

looks bang on too me, mines quite..lol..Thats on a ko3s... around town very slight burble, but when you poot your foot down then it starts screamin, but overal its a quite exhaust witha bit rumble....personal choce i guess...
