pd160 EGR .....and a few questions

Just got hold of a mk4 ibiza cupra tdi pd160 on a 54 plate. a couple of questions...

1. What is the engine code?
2. Is the EGR the same as a pd130 or 150? As I want to get a delete kit for it.
3. What turbos do they use? Im also intersted in a hybrid so what do people recommend?

1. Engine code: BPX 118KW or 160BHP

2. Its the same inlet manifold on the 130, 150 and 160 - "stealth pipes" are the way to go in my opinion as you still keep the Anti Shudder Valve but that set aside whoever does your map will have to remove the EGR function from the ECU programming otherwise you'll end up with the EML on. It wont really reduce smoking if thats what your after but a delete kit has been known to improve BHP slightly.

3. The turbo on them is a garret i believe, but which one - i dont know!?! DEVONMIKEYBOY is the man to ask - he had his tuned to 260bhp.

Yes I no this I was just saying it had already been mapped Im not bothered about the light anyway as my leon was the same
