Front cigarette adaptor not working...

Anyone come across this problem before? Went to plug the tomtom in and no power, plugged it into the boot one and hey presto we have power.

I've had a look at the fuses but can't find any broken ones, anyone know which fuse(s) it is?

I had to travel with the tomtom stuck to the rear window and use the rear view mirror to see my directions, that was fun!!!!! I wanted to get to Blackpool..........I ended up at Scarborough!!! LOL

Fuse 41 for the cigarette lighter.

Make sure there isn't something metallic in the socket, shorting the central post to the shell. That happened to me once (was the center contact out of a cellphone car charger).

I'll check fuse 41 again. Maybe something is stuck inside the socket causing it to short....I'll investigate!!

You've just reminded me, i have this same problem. Iv tried the fuse so hopefully its just somthing stuck in it

where is the socket located in the boot, just went outside and had a look and couldent find one in mine.. is it hidden?

Mine is next to the boot interior light......maybe some Leon's don't have them???

not all came with them
slick if there was metal wedged in it then the fuse would blow to stop it causing a problem

ya i guess mine dont got it.. all i see next to my interior light is the cover for the rear light cluster..

See how unreliable LCRs are! Told you to stay with TDIs.

The power socket in the boot is on a different fuse, fuse 35.
