Hi there, Ive got a 1.9tdi FR on a 57 plate.

Had it remapped and Exhaust done around 6 months ago and now the clutch is slipping like made and making grinding noises, The flywheel is also knocking and shaking the car.

Does any1 know of a good (cheap) place to buy a kit? or upgraded clutch system,
Or if any1 knows will the Cupra clutch and flywheel fit?

Its running around 190bhp with 320LB torque

Thanks guys
Luke

quick search on here shows CG clutches aint that great. However i can't comment never having tried one.

Having spoken to 2 people on here and several off a VW forum, they're all happy with the CG Motorsport clutch, I'm willing to try them, as the price is better. I may be wrong in the long run, but not enough people have evaluated them to rule them out.

As we all know, there are tried and tested alternatives, like Sachs and Helix, which come at a cost.... And to be fair, they all had to go through a development period too...
