i did the door handles in 3 vinyl kept on for a week and took it off did not like it but now im doing the door handles in the real carbon fibre as it is darker so will match better to the door cards

On the door handles? Pretty dam hard due to all the curves. I did it on mine with some spare carbon vinyl I had just to cover the handles until I could be bothered to spray them.

Didn't find it that hard really. Just take your time with it.

the stuff becomes really pliable when heated a bit so it's much easyer to get round the corners etc.

Looks good. Ur handles are the same as mine with all the scrathes on the handle etc so I had to stretch it quite a bit to ge it into the recess behind it.

I had mine in the recess, but it kept coming unstuck and looking weird, and I didn't like having a join so I just ripped it out in the end. It's only a temp thing to cover the worst of it at the moment until I can be bothered to take them out again and rub them down and spray them up.

Yea. That's the only bit I'm not really happy with is where I had to splice a new section onto it but it shows up much more in the pictures than it does in the flesh so it doesn't really bother me that much.

will have to see how these turn out , already skinned some mirror covers and working on the fuel flap aswell plus now i have bought a inlet trim that is getting the carbon treatment too

Did you remove the roof rails when you done the roof mate?

You can but watch the small White clips they ping off everywhere
I didn't bother as you can get right down in the crevice with the applicator
I did do the roof rails but it looked shite as they have rack mount flaps in them which ruins the look IMO
