personally i would go the the eibach pro kit, the age old fable you get what you pay for, drops about 30mm so it isnt going to put exsesive stress on your shocks

Sorry to jack this post but how far can I lower my Ibiza without it rubbing?

I got 17" Alloys with 215/40 Tyres.

I got to take in factor that I have passengers in the back!

Thanks!

I'm currently considering the JOM coilies or eibach 30mm springs. Question is since mine is now on 60k miles, if I got springs would I have to replace the shocks with new standard ones? In which case for the price I may as well get the coilies!

simple answer no you dont, just put on a good quality spring and you'll be fine

You will always get a better ride quality if you use a set of matched springs and shocks as to just using the standard shocks with lowering springs but if you don't go too low then you should be ok. The EIbach Pro springs do seem to work well with the standard dampers.
