No they're all ve engines, the previous version to the PD, I got the complete injectors and sent them off to get the new nozzles fitted. The problem is that the tdi injectors are 2 stage and are different to set up, they have to fire a short initial burst then the main spray and it's all mechanical so need specialist equipment to do them right. If you keep an eye on that tdi site, kerma often does special deals so I got mine for $249/£160 ish. The 764's are around .232, the T4 ones you're on about are .216 but the 1019 or whatever they are are just slightly bigger and worth getting if they're on special or the PP 520's. The race ones or stage 2 ones aren't worth bothering with unless you're going nuts with tuning.:)

In what way? I've found kerma to be good as well as loads of other folk, what's your problem with him? His nozzles are dlc coated and gauranteed for 5 years unlimited mileage. Hr sold me my nozzles at a big discount even though the 764's weren't actually in the sale, $249 is only like £160, how's that a rip off? If you've got proof spill it and I'll speak to kerma personally.

Na man, I've been on that site for ages and you get some folk who just moan even when they're in the wrong, kerma's got a fine rep. One guy bought new nozzles, wrecked his clutch then blamed kerma for it lol. that's the mentality of a lot of people on there, you also get folk moaning before they've spoken to him, it's like you buy something, moan to everyone about how bad the thing is and the seller and you haven't even spoken to the seller about your gripe. Look at the other ones who are really happy with what they've bought, there's a lot more satisfied people than mopaning people on there. I'm well pleased with him, he gave me great service, a good discount and if I have any questions I just contact him and he replies pretty quick.

Anyway what's your aim regarding power? If you really don't want to deal with kerma then speak to a guy on there called ryanp, he's in the UK and deals with the titan nozzles which are supposed to be really good too, he can also supply tunes etc and should be able to tell you what you need to get where you want.:)

Just a thought, you could find some of those complaints and pm me the links so I can see them.

just hav a quick search on google mate, seems to be quite a few, but you had actually bought off him will no problems so not sure whether to risk it with him, will have to look up some more feedback from his customers.

yeah its all about the power! do you feel you get much differnece after upgrading the nozzles? i dont want my mpg to suffer too much! how long you had then on your car pal?

Yeh I got a decent power boost, you wont get as much if yours is a 110 though but it does mean you can take it to 150-155 with a tune because you'll have the vnt turbo on the 110. If you're worried at all about kerma though just go through that other guy ryanp, he's on the same site but is in the UK and those titans get good reviews too. He's running the .216 set in his caddy van with the same sort of turbo as you and a tune at 155bhp and also a big boost in torque, I can't remember the exact figures off hand but he's sound. I haven't much odds in the mpg, it seems about the same unless I boot it everywhere.:)
