I have that cooler.

If you want to keep your AC then you will have to cut away a serious amount of crash bar, even with pushing the rad back im not sure it'll fit as you'll have to remove a lot of bumper as well.

For something that big you need to remove a lot of things.

I have no aircon, rad pushed back on the drivers side, and bumper trimming on the passenger side exit. I had to remove the struts that strengthen the bonnet catch, some excess metal on the sides of the cooler as well. No my bonnet only shuts when i throw it closed because i still havent made up fixing to keep the bonnet catch rigid.

This cooler is WAY bigger than the pro alloy one, what turbo are you going for?

Pics of the fitting in my project diary.

you will most likely have to cut up the crash bar and the bumper as very one else has said and get some of these from alex@backdraft to move the drivers side of the rad back

As phil said a LOT of modification is needed to make these fit, modified crash bar, modified slam pannel, ac removed, rad moved back & bumper trimmage. Also need to fabricate a bracket to support the cooler and the bonnet catch as said.. This is what I done..
