Aftermarket springs yay or nay?

Just wondering what people's experiences are with lowered springs on the Mk2 - preferably the Cupra?

I love the look and drive of it, but i'm thinking a 30mm drop would finish it off. H&R and Eibach do a decent looking kit, but if it ruins the overall car i won't bother.

Cheers.

Discussed to death. Try the search function for Eibach Sportlines or H&R.

Sportlines are probably the best, but compared to decent coilovers, they are not that great.

The Eibach Sportlines are the most popular but the H&R springs will give a level drop, all depends what your after.

Let me know if I can be any help.

Eibach pro kit. drops it by about 30mm, liking the look of mine now it's all settled. plus it hasn't compromised the ride comfort at all really.

Pro on the Cupra will barely drop it at all. As has been mentioned, the sportlines give it the best stance. Plenty of pics if you search.
