Rear Strut Brace

I'm wanting a rear upper strut brace and the only one I can find is the Forge one which even with their online discount is just too expensive for me. Anybody know of any other makes or any available to buy? Thanks

Don't buy it from Forge and you'll get a better price. They don't really exist otherwise, unless you go custom, which in the grand scheme of things will be more costly and more hassle.

I can get a price off my friend who's an official Forge supplier if you like?

Hmm, shame there's no choices with them. Yes please, I think it's around £80-90 with SCN discount-cant remember if that was through forge direct or dpm performance, either way, a lot of money!

Just to re-iterate, this is a group buy on Briskoda, they WILL fit the ibizas.

The more people that buy, the cheaper they will get, £47 at the moment, but that could drop.

This is a worth while mod if you like to 'push on' as it helps keep the car more ridged, you do need a front brace as well to get the full benifit.

does it fit behind the seat ? and how is it fixed, if I can do it I might buy if it gets cheaper !

Yeah it goes behind the rear seats. I don't know how it is fixed to be honest. I always imagined it to be a piece of metal scaffolding style that you twist to make it extend.
No idea if thats right its just how i'd imagine it to fit.

No you bolt it to the sides of the car. I did mine a few years ago and was fairly easy even for me who has two left hands.

Anyone fitted with a whiteline rarb too? Thought it might make the back end too stiff with both fitted?
