My golf used to leak when the sunroof drain tubes randomly became disconnected, when the rear wiper motor failed and leaked, when the washer tube in the boot became disconnected and when the Radio aerial base was leaking.
As you can imagine, the boot was FULL of water, as was all the trim etc...
