Ibiza Air Aerial Location

A mate of mine has recently purchased an Ibiza Air and wants to know where the aerial is as his radio reception is terrible? Any ideas anyone??

Early Mk2 Ibizas were in the front passenger wing, later ones were a bee sting on the roof.

Its a late spec Ibiza and its not in the roof as its a canvas sliding job and nor is it in the wing hence the question as i cant see an obvious aerial anywhere on the car

Wow, I had exactly the same problem, cus mine has the full length sunroof too! I cudn't find it, so i drilled a hole in the metal that there is on the roof, and just fitted an aerial!

Stab in the dark, might've been well before the aerial's time, but it's not on the rear window is it? Looks like the heating strips... Found on more recent cars...

My 'H' reg Serria Saphire had the aerial in the rear window!
