Seat Leon TDI FR - Fault PO673 - Engine management light

Hello.

Has anyone experienced this fault at all. Engine Management Light – Code PO673

Its coming as a Glow plug circuit open.

On doing some research it states that it is not the plug but the Valve Cover Gasket.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

I had my car on the computer this morning and it came up with "glow plug electrical fault" and was told that the plugs need changing. I didnt get the full code for it though

did you look through the tdi engine section as i'm sure if an answer exists will be there

if is glow plugs, do all 4 as easier and my research said even if bank1 could be bank3!
also only used for starting the car, so change quick to save winter hassle

Thank you for the link! To be on the safe side, i'm going to buy 4 news glow plugs and a Valve Cover Gasket and hope that rectifies it.

im getting a fault up for some reason ,, glow plugs were changed again about 4 months ago along with a new harness ,

will go get code again now

edit mines coming up with P0670 Glow plug - control module , circuit malfunction
