Engine Management Light

Went out and started the car this morning and the engine management light came on. (FR150). I drove it on to work and it seemed to drive the same as it always did, no smoke, no funny noises etc..
Would the colder weather have anything to do with this?
I have a small split in one of the hoses coming off the intercooler as well.
Anybody come accross this before?

Got it hooked up to the computer, it was only 1 of the glow plugs!

hi,
my EPC and engine management lights come on every morning but only as i start moving the car, not when i start it. after i turn the car off and on again, the EPC light goes off but the engine management stays on for the rest of the day until i start it again at night to go home.
What could cause this?

Thanks oldman, my mechanic says its common on them and just neds one of the plugs replaced but id be better changing them all at the same time coming into the colder weather
