i had 9j on 16' et30 . on stock suspension you can put 215/40 and will rub a lil bit. i also had 195/45 on them and no problem with a 5-6cm lowered suspension

if your going for bbs or an 'a' brand wheel then you can choose your offset so simply buy in a sensible with and have it so you have a lower offset so your dish is bigger

i have some 3pc splits mille miglia 5000 and looking for a pair of bigger lips so i can make them staggered 7,5j front and 8-8,5rear. too bad these are some rare wheels and the lips are hard to find...

Have an opportunity it to buy a set of Borbet Type A's 16x9 ET15 rear & 16x7.5 ET20 front.
98 Seat Cordoba Vario
Running H&R Ultralow coils (4" drop version) setting at a driveable but low ride height.
Has anyone tried this wheel diameter/width/ET for the rear as of yet?
Would prefer to have as minimal poke as possible in the rear, but realize this may not be realistic w/ this width/ET.
Still unsure of tire size as well.
Thanks :D

i had some keskin kt1 these specs. 16" 9j et15 will rub/lips will touch in the rear arches at bumps even with 195/45 stretched. with 215/40 will rub very hard. in the front you will need to roll fenders if you do not want to rub with 7,5 et20. et35 is right on the limit.

best fitment for 9j is et30. will poke a lil bit but is resonable. you can roll the fenders and will be no problems
