hi everyone what would i need to do to get a key fob like this to work

Thats the flip key 1 used on golf's & audi's,there are a few threads on this,i believe programing is easy enough but problem is with getting key cut for imobiliser

Is the range alot better with this fob ?

it does have good range mate could vagcom be used to hold the unlock button to pop the boot

No, to be able to pop the boot you would need to install a solenoid arrangement

i all ready have a kit on it which i have to use a button in side the car
