Urgent quick info needed before I order

I'm ordering a set of FR rear lights, the silver coloured ones. Does it matter if they are pre facelift or facelift ? Aren't they both the same ? Or is there a difference between them ? I'm sure if it's a mark 4 it will fit regardless ?
