So I I've had a Creek in the back for a while now Ive changed the top months bump stops and made sure everything's tight but this creek still continues
All I can think it is is the rear bushes on the axle

Wondered if any body has replaced them ?
Also how hard was it ?

Get a can of WD40, then spray it into the moving parts of the rear suspension one part at a time till you stop the noise. This will only last a few days I expect but it will give you a better idea of what needs replacing.

Changing the rear bushes was a PITA, in the end had to take it to a garage with a special press to do. They use the same fitment as mk4 golf, I have the powerflex ones in mine now.

Had the same problem myself on rear passenger a month or so back, i just simply cleaned every thing with WD40, everything is back to normal & still is, so put it down to the winter/salt getting to moving parts ;)
