long time guys...ive got mot today. I know emissions wil play a part. Looking at the sensor today i find two sensors on the manifold downpipe. However one doesnt seem to plug into anything, the one that doesnt plug into anything has a metal bracket attatched to the male plug. Cant see where it connects. Any help would be ideal.engine is a 1.4 apq.

APQ engine only has one sensor for the emmissions. I think I know what bracket you are describing and Im sure it is usually attached to the front engine mount bit.
was hoping it'd be you Craig to answer. I passed emissions. How i dont know. Surprised me.
However being my mk2 i failed on split steering rack gaitors both sides and also need new front pads. Oh i hate touching my brakes myself.
Any chance youve done your steering rack gaitors before?
