Average MPG for LCR?

Hi everyone. Just curious as to what u guys can get outta your LCR's. I think I average about 25-26 mpg, maybe less. I only live about 3 miles from work and near the town centre so I do a lot of short journeys but even on a long run I'm pushing to do 34 mpg. Is it just me? My mate can get better mpg outta his astra vxr.

I get about 23-26 around hilly Bradford, my brother in law gets low 30s in flatter Warrington.

I always run it on shell v-power, don't know whether it helps with my fuel economy but my mate just runs his vxr on normal unleaded but gets higher mpg. I've got another mate too with a mk1 octavia vrs, always run on v-power and lives not far from me and gets better mpg, and he's got a heavy foot most of the time too.

I suppose its the price we pay for wanting to drive REAL cars. I would still rather drive my Cupra R than a diesel. At least I know I'm not alone though.

I'm getting around 28 from mine I'd say. 34 or so on my way to work in slow traffic on a and b roads. Much less on the way home when it's quieter

32-34 on a steady motorway run.

I have got 38mpg, coasting most of the way to work along down the m6.

But that bore me to tears, hurt my soul and made baby jesus cry. Since then I have averaged 24mpg.

i seem to be gettin 23-26 on short runs, ive just come from drivin a diesel and gettin 40-45 but that was borin to drive. so dont really mind about the economy when its a better drive

I get 310-330 a tank. The trip computer says that's 30-31mpg unsure if that's correct or not

I get between 28-34mpg mixed driving on a daily basis. My mapped Astra vxr was better tho.

short runs round town (less than 3 miles) i see it doing about 26-29mpg, longer runs on the motorway with a fairly heavy right foot see about 28-32mpg. can get it to do 38 if i try though. 30mpg ish isnt too bad. we'd rather drive LCR's than prius's .

I don't think I have ever got 300 miles outta my tank! Although I have never let my trip computer go down to 0. I had to fill up today and got 265 from a full tank and the trip computer said I had 25 miles left.

I average 30mpg. Mainly going about in national speed limit areas, if I don't push the boost pedal that is.
